Concordia University will operate on a holiday schedule on Monday, September 7 (Labour Day).
No classes or instructional activities will occur. Only staff, faculty and graduate students with appropriate university-issued identification will be able to access offices, studios and laboratories; undergraduate students will require a letter from their respective departments.
The following services will be closed on Monday, September 7:
- Campus Retail Stores
- Ed Meagher Arena
- FOFA Gallery
- Food service units
- Georges P. Vanier Library
- Health Services
- Le Centre (PERFORM Centre)
- Leonard and Bina Ellen Art Gallery
- Loyola Gymnasium
- R. Howard Webster Library
- Shuttle buses
Exceptionally, Le Gym will be open on Monday, September 7.
Employee Assistance Program
The Employee Assistance Program will remain available to employees around the clock, seven days a week. For support and service, contact Concordia’s external provider, Shepell-fgi, at the following numbers:

Parking
- The Faubourg parking garage will remain open with the usual schedule.
- The J.W. McConnell (LB) Building parking garage will be closed on Monday, September 7.
- Loyola parking will be open from 6 a.m. to midnight, as usual.
Tunnel access
- The tunnels on the Sir George Williams Campus will close at 11 p.m. on Sunday, September 6, and reopen at 6:30 a.m. on Tuesday, September 8.
