Your 2015 tax slips are available now

Your 2015 income tax slips — including your T4, R1 and other forms that may apply — are now available on the MyConcordia portal.

Here’s how to access them today:

• Log in to the MyConcordia portal
• Choose “Faculty & Staff Services”
• Under the Employee Self-Service menu, choose “Tax slips,” then “2015”

You can also wait for your tax forms to arrive in the mail. The paper copies have been sent to the address we had on file for you as of Thursday, February 4, 2016.
