After thoughtful consideration, I believe it’s in the best interests of the university to have our new provost lead the search for this key academic leadership role. The board has dissolved the current search committee and will create a new search committee once the new provost has arrived.
I’d like to thank the members of the search committee for their time and commitment over the past several months. I’d also like to express my appreciation to Stéphane for his continued commitment to JMSB and the university community.
