AFE 2023-2024

Still thinking about applying to AFE? It’s not too late to submit an application for 2023-2024. Applications and required for can be submitted electronically by creating a profile on the AFE website: https://www.quebec.ca/en

If this is your first time applying for Quebec financial assistance, you’ll need a Guarantee Certificate.

A Guarantee Certificate Aide is a loan agreement or contract between you and the financial institution (bank or caisse) you choose. They will deposit the financial assistance into your account.

You will need to select a financial institution and give them your Guarantee Certificate. If you are receiving full-time loans, your Certificate of Guarantee will be available to print

from your AFE portal. Students that are receiving part-time loans will have their Certificate of Guarantee mailed to their home address.

If you happen to register late or your enrollment has not been confirmed, send us an email to fundingyoureducation@concordia.ca once your registration is complete so that we can review your file.
