OSAP: Studying full-time this Summer?
Thinking of studying full-time for the Summer 2024 semester? Here is what you need to know.
Undergraduate Students:
- Returning students that received full-time OSAP in the fall and/or winter 2023-24 terms will need to open a new OSAP application to cover the summer semester.
- The spring/summer term dates start, and end dates are May 8, 2024, to August 19, 2024.
- To receive full-time OSAP funding for the summer term, you must be registered in a summer course load that meets or exceeds OSAP’s minimum requirement for full-time study. Minimum credits required for the summer term only is 7.5 credits for an undergraduate student.
- If you are not registered at the minimum requirement for full-time study, apply for part-time OSAP instead.
Graduate Students:
Returning students that received full-time OSAP in the fall and/or winter 2023-24 terms will need to open a new OSAP application to cover the summer semester.
The spring/summer term dates start, and end dates are May 8, 2024, to August 19, 2024.
To receive full-time OSAP funding for the summer term, you must be registered in a summer course load that meets or exceeds OSAP’s minimum requirement for full-time study. Minimum credits required for the summer term course-based master student is 9 credits, thesis-based student is determined by your status. PhD students are determined based on status.
If you are not registered at the minimum requirement for full-time study, apply for part-time OSAP instead.
