Aidan Condo is a Mi’kmaq student from the community of Gesgapegiag in the Gaspésie. He is in his first year at Concordia, studying a major in First Peoples Studies and a minor in Law and Society (BA).
As Indigenous Events Coordinator, Aidan is eager to use his planning and communication skills to organize events that will celebrate and promote Indigenous cultures. These Indigenous-based events, which will be directed towards the whole Concordia community, will be an opportunity to spread awareness and educate people on the traditions, history, and issues of Indigenous peoples.
Aidan is excited to work alongside the Office of Indigenous Directions to provide a welcoming environment that appreciates Indigenous peoples and their cultures.
