The Indigenous Futures Research Centre is hiring a Coordinator
Newly established at Concordia University, the Indigenous Futures Research Centre (IFRC) is an Indigenous-led research centre focused on supporting the co-generation of knowledge that is of direct use to Indigenous peoples and our communities.
Along with our cross-disciplinary membership, we aim to foster a generative space where Indigenous and non-Indigenous students, faculty, and community members can engage in culturally grounded, experience-based, and advanced dialogue on questions of importance to Indigenous peoples. Through our future programming and mentorship model, the IFRC seeks to build up the capacity of future generations of Indigenous researchers committed to conducting their work in the best interests of our communities and collective futures.
We’re currently looking for a new Coordinator to join our team and help shape what the IFRC will look like in its formative years. To learn more about the position and apply, please visit https://milieux.concordia.ca/indigenous-futures-research-centre/.
