The Concordia family is growing. The university boasts 183,000 graduates — 188,000 as of June convocation.

To better serve this large group of individuals with diverse interests and needs, a sample of 18,000 graduates worldwide will receive a survey by email in late May — a combined initiative of the Concordia University Alumni Association and Advancement and Alumni Relations.

“We’re taking a fresh look at how alumni interact with the university,” says Philippe Pourreaux, president of the Concordia University Alumni Association. “The survey will help us more fully understand how graduates feel about the university.”

“Results of this survey will have a direct impact on what the university offers its alumni,” says Brad Skog, interim director of Concordia’s Alumni Relations. “This includes what events, benefits and services graduates are interested in.”

The anonymous survey takes little more than five minutes to complete. It will measure alumni awareness of available benefits, such as preferred insurance rates, interest for university events and outreach such as Concordia University Magazine.

The survey is to include a representative sample of alumni from each faculty, from various parts of the world and from varying age groups.
