“Learning to trust my instincts, and not letting myself get stuck in a rut have been my biggest challenges. It took me too long to listen to my own voice in the past, and now I am much better equipped to make changes if something isn’t working for me.”

“Never forget that you can learn anything. Especially for women, it is important to remind ourselves that we are much more competent, skilled and talented than we give ourselves credit for.”
