Welcome Back!

September is upon us. As Project Coordinator of Indigenous Directions, it is my pleasure to tell you we have quite a bit in store for this semester. By unveiling our much anticipated Action Plan this Fall, we look forward to sharing the steps we are committed to taking in order to create a space where Indigenous students, faculty, staff, knowledge keepers, and pedagogies can flourish within the Concordia community and beyond.

As with every new beginning, we are filled with hope and a desire to affect change on an institutional level. We look forward to the implementation of our Action Plan, as well as engaging with stakeholders across the university to include as many people as possible in this exciting process of change making. Welcome back everyone and stay tuned for exciting developments from Indigenous Directions in the coming months.

Tiffany Ashoona, IDLG Project Coordinator
