It’s time to apply to graduate
If you are nearing the end of your graduate program, you must apply to graduate in order to receive your degree, diploma or certificate this spring.
Two key dates for spring graduation:
You must submit your application to graduate by January 15, 2023
You must complete all your program requirements by the end of the Winter 2023 term
Don't wait until you receive your final grades or defend your thesis to apply to graduate.
Not sure if you're eligible to graduate? Speak to your academic advisor for a review of your academic record.
Keep in mind that deferring a final exam may delay your graduation. Contact records.request@concordia.ca if you are a potential graduate with questions about exam deferrals.
Please note that applying to graduate does not register you for convocation; you will need to do that separately in early May once the university announces ceremony dates.
