Update 3: Water to be restored between 9 & 11 pm in AD, CC, FC, RF, PY, PS, GE, SC, VE-VL & CJ

The City is still working and the repair is progressing, however the estimated time to restore the water in the AD, CC, FC, RF, PY, PS, GE, SC, VE-VL & CJ building is now between 9 and 11 pm.
