VL Bldg. - Various windows to be changed starting November 19

Please be advised that various windows in the VL building will be changed starting November 19, 2014 as per the attached plans.  The work will take approximately 7 to 8 business days and should be completed by the end of the month.  The windows will be changed from the outside by a mobile lift.  As an old window is removed it will be replaced right away with the new window ensuring that the interior temperature remains at a comfortable level.   Construction ribbon and signage will be installed to delimit the construction site.  There is a possibility that one of the doors of the VL main entrance may be blocked but the other door will remain accessible during the renovation work.
