In the past couple of months we had several leaks and floods in our buildings from busted frozen pipes and sprinkler-heads. This was due in part to windows that remained open during extreme cold temperatures. In order to prevent further damages to our buildings and the inconveniences it entails to the occupants, we are asking you to insure that all windows are closed in your premises especially before you leave work.
