Hall Building: Survey of the women's washroom ceilings in H9 and surrounding offices - May 27, 2024 (06:00 - 18:00)

To the users and occupants of the Hall Building,

A planned survey of the women’s washroom ceilings and surrounding offices in H9 is SCHEDULED for Monday, 2024-05-27, between the hours of 06:00 and 18:00. These inspections are required to complete the plans of the existing ceilings of the washrooms.

●        S- H / Henry F. Hall Building

General Information

●        Washrooms H902, H904, and H993 will be closed during the survey.

●        Washrooms in H8 or H10 can be used alternatively.

●        There is a possibility that office cluster H906, H908, H914, H962, H960, H964, H907, H903, and H909 might also be surveyed punctually upon the users’ permission.

●        A security agent will always accompany the consultants during the survey.

●        These surveys are required as part of project 22-064.
