AD Building: Construction project to demolish AD4 to begin - June 17, 2024

To the users and occupants of the AD Building,

A construction project to demolish AD4 is SCHEDULED to begin on Monday, 2024-06-17, between the hours of 04:00 and 12:00. This work is required as part of the AD4 demolition project (Lot 1) and the duration of the construction project will be approximately 3 months.

General Information

• All work producing noise and vibrations will be done before 08:00. All efforts will be made to reduce noise to a minimum during operating hours.
• The entire 4^th floor of the AD building will be affected by the demolition work and will be inaccessible for the duration of the work.
• The washrooms on the 3^rd floor of the AD building will be affected in alternation for part of the demolition work. Access to some washrooms on the 3^rd floor will be possible throughout the duration of the work.
• The contractor will occupy an exterior work site at the rear of the building, adjacent to the CC building, east side. The site will be delimited by fencing.
