Hall Building: Closure of terrace ( MacKay stairs)

To the users and occupants of the Hall Building,

The Mackay stairs to the terrace of the Hall Building has been closed to facilitate the excavation work and maintain user safety.

• The Bishop stair to the terrace has been kept open to allow an additional emergency exit from the building.
