AD Building: Remaining work on AD roof replacement project to begin August 29, 2024 (07:00 to 16:00)

To the users and occupants of the AD Building,

The remaining work on the AD Roof Replacement Project, specifically involving the basins on the east and west sides of the 5th floor is scheduled to begin on Thursday, 2024-08-29 between the hours of 07:00 and 16:00.  The project will involve exterior work only. We anticipate the completion of this project by the end of September 2024. Please note that this timeline may be adjusted due to weather conditions.

General Information

• The work will be conducted on the roof basins of the 5th floor of the AD building. 
• The work zone will be clearly marked to ensure the safety of individuals accessing the campus during construction.
• The project is planned to minimize disruption to the normal operations of the AD and surrounding buildings.
• A signalman will be on site to ensure the safe movement of pedestrians.
• While most of the work is external, occasional construction noise may be heard in the AD building.
