RA / PC and Link building: Installation of crane behind Link building - September 9, 2024 (06:00-10:00)

To the users and occupants of the RA and PC Buildings,

A crane will be installed at the rear of the Link Building connecting the RA and PC complexes on Monday, 2024-09-09, between the hours of 06:00 and 10:00. This operation is required to install a HVAC unit on the roof of the link building in the context of renovation project RA Renovate Gym (18-098).

General Information

• Reserved parking at rear of link building and parking spots at the rear of the arena will be blocked off during this time. No parking in those identified spots (see site plan below).
• The rear door of the link Building will be cordoned off during this time. Note that passage through the rear door will be possible in the event of an emergency.
• Traffic guards will be present on-site and will provide public protection during the entire period of the installation, work, and removal of the crane.
• Temporary signage will be installed to redirect pedestrians and vehicles.
