REVISED: Hall Building: Interruption of Individual washrooms (H5, H6, and H7) - September 26, 2024

To the users and occupants of the Hall building,

A scheduled work to update the door hardware in the individual washrooms on floors H5 and H6 in the Hall Building (SGW Campus) is set to begin on Thursday, 2024-09-26 and is expected to last until the end of October 2024. The work involves replacing door hardware with card access systems to improve accessibility for reduced mobility users. The work for the individual washroom on floor H7 will occur after the delivery of the H7 block washrooms and will take approximately 3 weeks to complete once started, though it has not yet been scheduled. This work is required as part of project #22-062 (Renovate Hall washrooms H1, H3, and H7).

General Information

• The individual washrooms on H5 (H592) and H6 (H604) will be unavailable starting Thursday, 2024-09-26.
• The individual washroom on H7 (H736) will remain accessible until further notice. The work on this washroom will begin after the H7 block washrooms (H702) are delivered.

• Revised F2 notice will be sent once the schedule for the H7 individual washroom is confirmed.

• During this time, students and the public can access accessible washrooms in the H6 block (H606) and H1 block (H114).
