REVISED: EV Building: Heating, hot water and ventilation interruption - October 12, 2024

To the users and occupants of the EV building,

A planned interruption of the heating and hot water supply is SCHEDULED to occur on Saturday, 2024-10-12, at 06:00, and is expected to last for approximately 3 hours. The ventilation will be interrupted in the labs (EV12 to EV16) between 09:00 and 14:00 approximately. This interruption is required to replace an outdated building system control panel (Project 22-078 Siemens Panel replacement).

General Information

• Hot water supply will be interrupted during the work (06:00 – 09:00). This will mainly affect the showers in Le Gym and Photo lab.
• Heating will be interrupted (06:00 – 09:00)
• Washrooms will remain open, but only cold water will be available once reserves run out.
• Ventilation will be interrupted in labs (09:00 – 14:00) – Supply and Exhaust in sequence.
