AD Building: Remaining work on AD Roof Replacement Project - October 28, 2024 (07:00-16:00)

To the users and occupants of the AD Building,

During the demolition of the existing membrane on the east and the west basin of the AD Building (23-009), deteriorated masonry work was noted, extending the work scope to include masonry repairs to avoid premature damage to the new roofing membrane and ensure public safety. The project will resume next week, Monday, 2024-10-28, with the setup of the work site scheduled for this Friday, 2024-10-25. This work involves exterior work only and is anticipated to be completed by mid-December 2024, although this timeline is subject to weather conditions. Construction activities will take place between the hours of 07:00 and 16:00.

General Information
 

• The work will be conducted on the roof basins of the 5th floor of the AD building. 

• To ensure the safety of individuals accessing the campus during construction, the work zone will be securely fenced off.

• The project is planned to minimize disruption to the normal operations of the AD and surrounding buildings.

• Although most of the work is external, occasional construction noise may be heard in the AD buildings.
