Update on the technical issues with Sun Life system
Dear colleagues,
We would like to inform you that the issue with Sun Life has been resolved as of January 17, 2025.
All health and dental claims submitted between January 1 and January 17, 2025, are currently being reprocessed to ensure their alignment with the new terms of our plan. Sun Life expects to complete this process by the end of February 2025.
No action is required on your part. If applicable, Sun Life will issue any refunds directly to your account.
