FINAL CALL: Activate multi-factor authentication
On May 17, Outlook clients will be updated to multi-factor authentication standards.
What does this mean for you?
- If you have followed the instructions to onboard to MFA, you will simply be prompted to enter your second factor when signing into Microsoft Outlook that morning.
- If you haven't activated MFA on your account, Outlook may display an error message and stop retrieving new mail. To regain full access, you will need to onboard to MFA.
