QuickAccess in UNITY: Help when you need it!

Concordia is pleased to announce the launch of QuickAccess, an application which offers in-app support that will help you navigate the various UNITY modules, as well as some other applications at Concordia. 

The QuickAccess orange sits on your taskbar for easy access on a PC. When you click on the orange, the Quick Access menu will appear on the right, offering help when you need it.  Thanks to the sync function it will recognize the application you are working in and display available resources. 

From step-by-step instructions to e-learning to policies, the QuickAccess orange will guide you through UNITY and other applications we use at Concordia, and answer questions such as “How do I ask for time off?”, “How do I delegate a task?” or “How do I export this data?”  

Support on QuickAccess is available in the form of e-learning, manuals and quick guides. Quick Access can also include other support categories, including links to web pages. If you don’t see what you need, use the search bar. 

Concordia employees can install it on their Concordia PC through the Software Center. Instructions to download it are available in the IT Services Catalogue under Quick Access. In case you have any trouble, please reach out to the IITS help desk at help@concordia.ca.
