Student Information System (SIS) maintenance: Aug. 6

The Student Information System (SIS) will be temporarily offline on Saturday, August 6th between 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. for scheduled maintenance.

Access to the system via the Student Hub will also be unavailable during this period.

If you have questions about the maintenance period contact the IT Service Desk by email at help@concordia.ca or call 514-848-2424, ext. 7613 to speak with a Service Desk agent between 8:00am and 7:00pm on weekdays and between 9:00am and 5:00pm on weekends.

Opérations de maintenance du système de gestion pédagogique prévues le 6 août.

L’accès au système de gestion pédagogique (SGP) sera temporairement interrompu le samedi 6 août, de 8 h à 13 h pour des opérations de maintenance.

L’accès au SGP par l’intermédiaire du portail carrefour étudiant sera également interrompu durant la période de maintenance.
