April 15: Student Information System (SIS) scheduled maintenance

The Student Information System (SIS) and the Class Schedule Builder (VSB) will be temporarily offline on Saturday, April 15, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. due to scheduled maintenance.

During this time access via the Carrefour and Student Hub will also be unavailable.

If you have questions about the maintenance period contact the IT Service Desk by email at help@concordia.ca or call 514-848-2424, ext. 7613 to speak with a Service Desk agent between 8:00am and 10:00pm on weekdays.

Opérations de maintenance du système de gestion pédagogique prévues le 15 avril

L’accès au système de gestion pédagogique (SGP) sera temporairement interrompu le samedi 15 avril,  de 8 h à 16 h pour des opérations de maintenance.

L’accès au SGP par l’intermédiaire du portail Carrefour et Student Hub sera également interrompu durant la période de maintenance.
