Phone Services Maintenance: July 16

Phone services maintenance on Sunday, July 16, 2023 between 3:00am and 6:00am will cause brief interruptions for the following:

• Concordia internal phone lines. For some of security's front desk phones, the screen will flash but in progress calls should not be affected.
• End User phone configuration web interface (Cisco Unified Communications Self Care Portal)
• Voicemail web interface (CiscoPCA)
• Voicemail IMAP connection will not be available during this period
