MFA Coverage is expanding this summer for Faculty and Staff
As part of Concordia’s ongoing multi-factor authentication (MFA) project, MFA coverage for faculty and staff will be expanding to include a wider range of applications this summer. This additional coverage will assist in protecting your information by preventing other people from gaining access to your accounts.
As of July 27, the following applications will benefit from an added layer of security by requiring MFA at sign-in:

Mail (postal) management system
Key Management System (JMSB)
Financial accounts, personnel & reports (Legacy)
ACCMA & PTAR
AP Refund
Millennium financial reporting (Legacy)

Artis – Art Management System
Fine Arts fees
Campus access status
Jabber

What does this mean for you?
As a current MFA user, you will now be prompted to enter a second factor when signing into the listed applications.
Verify that your MFA is properly activated on your accounts, from your computer and sign in using your Concordia email address and password.
