Network Maintenance (Phone services): August 18

IITS will be performing system maintenance on Friday, August 18, 2023 between 5:00am – 7:00am.

There will be intermittent interruption of the following services during this time:

•   Phone service (including desk phones, analog devices, and softphones).

•   Web access to Cisco Unified communication SelfCare Portal (phone configuration webpage).

•   CiscoPCA Tool and Voicemail IMAP connection.
