The Department of Art History at Concordia University invites you to its first Virtual Vitrine Exhibition, which offers a glimpse into the research trajectories of eleven recently-graduated Master’s students. This exhibition presents still and moving images, accompanied by the students’ thesis abstracts, showing how art historical endeavors are tackled through the lenses of feminism, gender and queer theory, decolonization, social performativity, ecology, new materialism, immersion, nationalism, and agency. This virtual exhibition was curated and created by Yasmeen Kanaan, a first-year Art History MA student at Concordia University.
