Accreditation Required: 

• An Accreditation meeting with the Video Co-ordinator and user and their cinematographer / DOP for 90 minutes.
• If the user is also to be the camera operator, a camera assistant is required and must attend the accreditation meeting.
• If you are planning a Location shoot, you must demonstrate that you have sufficient crew assembled to assist on this shoot.
• If you are planning a Studio shoot, a reduced crew is acceptable after meeting the other requirements.
• You must provide all locations and transportation that will be used to move the equipment.
• Please review the insurance liabilities and your responsibilities on using the camera.
• A complete Camera Test is required immediately prior to pick up of the equipment.
