LibCal is an online solution which allows employees to easily and securely book office space on campus.
Who can use it?
Libcal is available to all Concordia employees and departments.
If your department has not yet been onboarded on Libcal, contact our IITS Service Desk.
How much does it cost?
There is no cost associated with this service.
How to get it
- To access LibCal, click this link or type into your browser: https://cubicles-cu.libcal.com
- On the right-hand side of the screen there will be the option to book by building or to "Book a seat/space." Please be sure to only book spaces that are specific to your department or unit.
