EMANUELLE DUFOUR
I use graphic novels to present research findings and inform readers about Indigenous education in Quebec.
I build on education as a critical tool for memory, awareness and reconciliation. Through illustrations and a small amount of text, I propose an encounter with Indigenous and non-Indigenous realities.
My name is Emanuelle Dufour and I’m a PhD student in Art Education, SSHRC Storytellers finalist and winner of an Étudiants-chercheurs étoiles award.
