Greetings! My name is Fairuz and I am from the port city of Bangaldesh, Chattogram! I love baking, I love taking walks (while I munch on my baked goods and spike my blood sugar), and I absolutely love going on drives. You will usually find me sleeping at odd times of the day or in between having an odd rush to get all my tasks for the week done in 45 minutes.
The one thing I wished I would have known back in my first semester is…how good it is to explore your options through electives and also reach out for help from offices at Concordia designed to assist students!
A tip I have for new students is…to be very respectful of time in order to get through all the multiple deadlines. Google sheets has been my best friend to not miss any 11.59's!
My favorite part of being a Concordia student is…definitely it's diversity! It is, not to mention, situated in an amazing city and the process of learning is so encouraged that it works as a motivation for me everyday.
