Help familiarize students with the most widely-used 3D modeling software for aerospace projects: CATIA V5.
The Workshops
CATIA is a 3D design software that allows engineers, designers and more to model a product and simulate its real-life behaviour.
The comprehensive series of workshops will last three hours a week for three weeks, giving attendees nine hours to dive into the software and take full advantage of the expertise of a qualified instructor. The workshop is planned for May 2023. Participation will be capped at 30 students.
Why we need your help
In accordance with Concordia’s commitment to accessible education, we seek to offer these workshops free of charge to Concordia Institute of Aerospace Design and Innovation (CIADI) students. Your support will help ensure that any student with ability and drive can take advantage of this valuable opportunity.
Teaching students this software will give them a competitive edge in their studies, research and careers, helping push the envelope of next generation aerospace design.
