Who we are
The show is organized by Design and Computation Arts (D/CART) graduating students in the class of D/CART 498. Students enrolled in this class work together and manage every aspect of the show, from sponsorship and promotion to event planning and execution.
Year-end show 2018
The D/CART year-end exhibition showcases the best design and computation works produced by graduating and soon-to-be-graduating students. This year’s exhibition, entitled “You Are Here”, will feature graphics, industrial design, textile, multi-media works, and installations featuring audio, video, virtual reality and other cutting-edge technologies along with sustainability conscious propositions and projects.
The show will take place on the 5th to 7th floors of Concordia’s Engineering, Computer Science and Visual Arts Integrated Complex from April 20 to 22, 2018.
Why we need your help
This event is important in that it unites each cohort from the D/CART community, setting an example for future and new students and congratulating students who are approaching graduation. For most students in the D/CART program, the year-end exhibition is a way of showcasing their academic and artistic achievements at Concordia and acts as a final rite of passage before they enter the workforce.
All funds collected will go towards the production and realization of the show. Your donations will help pay for catering, printing for our art catalog and promotional materials to advertise the event.
Help us share our passion for the arts!
