| 1 Day Rate (Student) | $125 (with proof of enrolment in an educational institution) |
| Gala Dinner | TBD based on the number of reservations |
*Registration fees are in Canadian dollars and include 5% GST & 9.975% QST
Whole package registration includes:
- Pre-congress workshops
- First day evening reception
- Full entrance to the conference
- Morning and afternoon coffee, and lunches (7th to 9th)
Note: Registration deadline to appear in the program is May 1, 2017
For Gala Dinner Reservations, please complete this form before May 1, 2017.
Note: The rates for attending the Gala Dinner will be determined based on the number of reservations. Payments will be available then.

Cancellation and refund policy
- Before May 15, 2017 penalty of 30% of your complete fee
- Before June 15, 2017 penalty of 50% of your complete fee
- No refund will be issued for cancellations received after 15th June 2017 or for no-shows
