CURRENT RESEARCH

In general, my research focuses on the development and trajectories of infants and children at low and high risk for developmental problems and psychopathology, and on infant development (typical and at-risk). Specifically, the following variables are examined in several normative and at-risk populations: emotional, social, and behavioural development, including emotional, social, and behavioural competence; parenting, parent-child relationships, and quality of parent-child interactions; and developmental and health outcomes, including academic success and mental health. One prospective, longitudinal and intergenerational at-risk sample is the Concordia Longitudinal Research Project.
