Equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) in the workplace is a growing area of focus for every organization. This course will help you understand the importance of adopting an EDI lens to your HR practise through enhancing the employee experience, organizational culture, innovation, employee engagement and belonging. You will leave with skills that promote self-awareness, and the ability to promote a healthy and inclusive workplace culture.

We recommend taking: Human Resources Essentials (CEHR 1150) or equivalent, before taking this course.
