Andrea Limbardi

Andrea Limbardi’s 25+ year career in the retail industry is fueled by her passion for leading people, enhancing customer experience and crafting long-term strategies for sustainable growth. She has served as president and CEO of RCL – Reitmans Canada Ltd., one of Canada’s largest specialty fashion retailers, since 2023.

Under her leadership, RCL has continued to deliver positive financial results, driven by a focus on exponential brand and product growth, modernizing company infrastructure and a performance-driven culture.  

Limbardi is known for a people-first mindset, emphasizing the human element of leadership and empowering teams to do their best work — key drivers of the company’s long-term success. 

Before joining RCL, Limbardi was president at Indigo Books & Music Inc. Over two decades at Indigo, she held roles in operations, marketing, merchandising, and digital, and as founder of the thoughtfull.co gifting platform, launched in 2019. 

Limbardi holds an Executive MBA from Concordia’s John Molson School of Business. 

She was named one of Concordia’s Top 50 under 50 in 2021 and received the Concordia University Alumni Association's MBA Alumna of the Year award in 2025.
