In this workshop, participants will learn to identify and map the range of emotions related to the climate crisis. They will creatively explore how to listen to these emotions and transform them into aligned action.  

*Please note this is an education and not a therapeutic workshop.

About the workshop facilitator

Heather McLaughlin is Assistant Professor, Art Therapy Graduate Program Director, and Director of the Concordia Arts and Health Cenre in the Department of Creative Arts Therapies. Her research focuses on art therapy, arts in health, couple and family therapy, systemic therapy, clinical supervision, climate justice, climate action, systemic social change, university-community partnerships, trauma informed practice, and arts-based learning.
