Now that most people know how to work online meeting platforms, should we be saving the carbon cost of travel and holding all conferences and research-related events online? Is there a hybrid model that might work better as we emerge from the pandemic?  What are the benefits and drawbacks of the online vs the in-person model? Considering accessibility as well as environmental and financial sustainability, how should we, as a research community, proceed moving forward? Join Professors Emma Despland and Arseli Dokumaci, PhD student Alex Pace, and 4th Space Manager and online event facilitator extraordinaire Dr. Anna Waclawek for this critical discussion as we begin to consider navigating a post-pandemic research world.
