The demand for internships and Co-op programs has grown massively over the last decade. Such programs have become a strategic component of talent-recruiting for corporations but also an important recruiting tool for educational institutions.

Nadia Bhuiyan, vice-provost of partnerships and experiential learning at Concordia University, will moderate this panel from the public and private sector. They will discuss how work-integrated learning programs (Co-op, internships, etc.) will need to evolve to keep with these changing times.
