In this episode of The Iron Ring, Women In Engineering is thrilled to have Suganya Kandasamy as our guest! Suganya is a Senior Systems Designer at Zimmer Biomet, where she works on orthopedics and robotic surgery projects. Suganya will share her experiences transitioning from an electrical engineering degree, to technical sales in the oil and gas industries, to the medical tech field.

"What does a Systems Designer do? Once you start your career, how do you set goals for yourself? What does true work-life balance mean to you?" are all questions WIE have for Suganya. Join us as we explore her insights on the evolving role of women in engineering, how to navigate a career in the corporate world, and her advice for engineering students who want to follow in her footsteps.

How can you participate? Join us in person or online by registering for the Zoom Meeting or watching live on YouTube.
