The second week will focus on the process of replacing unhelpful thoughts (which can contribute to uncomfortable emotions and unwanted behaviours) with more helpful and balanced ones that promote a more sophisticated and realistic viewpoint.

 Learning objectives:

  • Understand how our thinking patterns influence our feelings and how we act 
  • Discover and identify common thinking errors
  • Learn strategies to replace stress-producing thoughts with more helpful and balanced ones
