In session three, you will have the opportunity to dive deeper into the world of emotions. We will discuss how all emotions provide valid and important information about our state of being and explore several strategies to help manage uncomfortable emotions more effectively. 

 Learning objectives:

  • Learn about the important role that emotions have in our lives
  • Develop several concrete skills to decrease emotional vulnerability and intensity
