In the final session, you will be introduced to the evidence-based PERMA Model of Wellbeing. PERMA stands for the five essential elements that should be in place for us to experience lasting wellbeing. 

 Learning objectives:

  • Acquire an overview of the positive psychology approach
  • Explore the components of the PERMA that have been proven to contribute to wellbeing 
  •  Learn practical ways to apply the components of PERMA to everyday life
