This four-part skills group will run over four consecutive weeks.

Do social interactions feel stressful and intimidating?  In this 4-part workshop series, we will cover a wide range of skills to help you engage in more meaningful conversations, enhance your social network, use electronic communication methods effectively, and handle conflict successfully. Each workshop will feature a mix of educational content and interactive activities designed to enhance learning and boost your confidence. While each workshop may be attended individually, you will gain the greatest benefit from attending all 4 sessions.

Important Note: Participants need to register for each workshop separately.

Accessibility:

We strive to host inclusive, accessible events that enable all individuals, including individuals with disabilities, to engage fully. If you require disability related accommodations, please contact lisa.tomlinson@concordia.ca at least one week before the workshop to allow us time to coordinate your request.
