This four-part skills group will run over four consecutive weeks.

Social connection is an important predictor of happiness across the lifespan, and overall mental and physical well-being. Yet, for many people, socializing can feel daunting and overwhelming. The good news is that, like any other skill, you can learn, practice, and improve your ability to engage in successful social interactions, ultimately boosting your connections and friendships.

This 4-part workshop will equip you with evidence-based skills that can be used to enhance your social network, feel more confident in social situations, and build more meaningful relationships, both personally and professionally. All workshops will give you the opportunity to meet and connect with other students experiencing similar challenges. While each session may be attended individually, you will gain the greatest benefit from attending all 4 sessions.

Important Note: Participants need to register for each workshop separately.
