What does it take to care for your community when you belong to it, too?

If your work is rooted in your community—if your care comes from a place of shared experience—you already know: this path is beautiful, and it’s heavy. It’s not just what you do. It’s who you are. But when you’re the one holding space… who holds it for you? This is a space to pause, reflect, and be in conversation—about what it really means to provide wellness and care from within.

Together with Dr. Lisa Ndejuru, Gabriela Gomez, and Kathleen Charles, we’ll share stories, ask questions, and explore how we navigate the tension between showing up for others and staying well ourselves.

Join us for a meal. Bilingual event. Bring your questions. Bring your experience. Bring your whole self.
